Document Submission Instructions For Online Registrations
Photograph Image
| 1. | Photograph must be a recent passport style colour picture. |
| 2. | Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 25KB. If the size of the file is more than 25KB, then adjust the settings of the scanner such as the DPI resolution, no. of colours etc., during the process of scanning. |
| 3. | Images must be in JPG format only. |
| 4. | If the file size and format are not as prescribed, an error message will be displayed. |
Signature Image
| 1. | The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black/Blue Ink pen. |
| 2. | The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person. |
| 3. | If the Applicant's signature on the Submitted Application does not match the signature attached by him/her, the applicant will not be accepted and processed. |
While filling in the Online Application Form the candidate will be provided with a link to Attach his photograph and signature.
Procedure for Uploading the Photograph and Signature & Documents
| 1. | There will be a link for Attach Photograph, Signature & Documents. |
| 2. | Click on the respective link "Attach Photograph / Signature & Documents" |
| 3. | Browse and Select the location where the Scanned Photograph / Signature & Documents file has been saved. |
| 4. | Document are to be uploaded in particular order as mention in Document Type.Only jpg files are allowed to be uploaded and make sure that document/image extension is .jpg and not .JPG |
| 5. | Ensure that the size of the scanned document image is not more than 120KB and not less than 90KB. If the size of the file is more than 100KB & less than 90KB, then adjust the settings of the scanner such as the DPI resolution, no. of colours etc., during the process of scanning or resize the document by setting the pixel in the range of 450-480 with Paint Editor |
| 6. | No document less than 90KB are accepted and application for same may not be accepted |
| 7. | Click the 'Submit' button.If the file size and format are not as prescribed, an error message will be displayed. |

- Attention Under Graduates who has taken the Provisional Registration from UKMC after completion of their Internship should also get Permanent Registration from UKMC immediately, failing which a penalty of Rs. 50000.00 (Rupees Fifty Thousand) will be levied. This is applicable with immediate effect as per the decision taken in the 12th UKMC General Body Meeting held on 7th Dec 2023.
- The Fee for Registration of Additional Degree (Each Degree) has been increased from Rs. 2500.00 to Rs. 3000.00 (Per Degree) with effect from 1st January 2024.
- UKMC 1st FMG Counseling Registration 2023-24 will start from 01-December-2023 at 10 A.M. till 15th December 2023 (Open for all States)

- Candidates are directed to take prior Appointment before coming to UKMC office for verification of documents.
- Candidates who have completed their Internship are directed to Apply Online for Permanent Registration at UKMC Website and get their documents verified at UKMC office with in 30 Days from the date of issue of Internship Certificate, failing which they will be charged penalty of minimum Rs 5000.00 by UKMC.
